2008 - Jim Huiras of Ulven Forging is promoted to Vice President of
Manufacturing/Research & Development
of The Ulven Companies. Jim began employment with Ulven Forging in 1973 as
a forging helper. After holding various positions and acquiring a
multitude of knowledge and skills, he took the position of General Manager of
Ulven Forging in 1989.

2008 - We are pleased to announce that Bryan Rumpca has been promoted from Production Manager to
Operations Manager
at Ulven Forging. Bryan began employment with Ulven Forging in 1986
in the shipping and receiving department. With Bryan's vast knowledge and
experience, this position will be served well.

2008 - Wolf Steel expansion project is complete.
The construction of Wolf Steel's new building began in September 2007 and is
scheduled for completion the end of January. Movement of equipment will
begin in February. The building will add an additional 7500 square feet to
Wolf Steel and will facilitate a much leaner operation, greatly improving
efficiencies . Photos of the new building can be viewed
