Current Openings:
NDT Level II Magnetic Particle Inspector
Must possess current ASNT SNT-TC-I A level II certification
- NAS 410 level 11 certification a plus, but not required
~ Must be able to, and be familiar with, writing inspection plans and procedures to comply with common ASTM Standards.
-- Will be responsible for the the inspection and interpretation of indications, as well as evaluation of the type of indication, to include repair by grinding.
~ Must be able to interpret product drawings, dimensions, and tolerances as part of the acceptance evaluation after potential repair of products .
..... Must be able to lift and and manipulate medium to heavy parts for inspection, as well as operate a crane or forklift for very heavy parts .
..... Must provide your own transportation for inspection between two facilities, located approximately 4 miles apart.
- Other NDT operations may be included as a precursor to Mag particle inspection, such as proof load testing using in-house equipment.
